H.O.WARD as Author of Dog Dirt Doris.

Writing and becoming an established author is my new adventure, along with learning to play drums, which I find is a good way to relieve stress.

Business and entrepreneurial tendencies have been my life, though for the past six years I have been consulting on Business Development and Improvement and fortunate to be engaged by both national and international blue chip companies around the world.

I like sport and photography and like to think my pictures are of artistic nature. I like challenges, being positive and self motivating and as I believe you are what you eat, I studied nutrition to understand how it can help in our daily life.
